Leadership Foundry Digital Library

The Leadership Foundry Digital Library allows participants to get the leadership content they need, when and where they need it.  This e-learning library is comprised of dozens of “bite-sized” of Leadership Foundry proprietary modules that can be easily absorbed and shared with others.  These modules are organized into four primary library rooms:

  • Room 1 – Becoming a More Efficient and Effective Leader Today
  • Room 2 – Leading Change and Building the Future
  • Room 3 – Managing Life’s Demands and Self-Care for Leaders
  • Room 4 – 5-minute Coaching Corner

Participants can access the library in several ways:

  • The Leadership Foundry App – Available on iPhone and Android platforms, this App allows leaders the ability to listen to modules in a “podcast” format or view the videos on their mobile device.
  • The Leadership Foundry Cohort Digital Experience – For leadership cohorts, participants will also have access to an exclusive cohort site where the modules will not only be available to all participants, but also participants can exchange ideas, best practices and comment on the content and other questions that may be posed by Leadership Foundry faculty, enhancing the learning experience. Think of this as a version of Canvas or Slack exclusive to just your leaders.

Action Learning Projects

A powerful way to conclude any leadership development program is for participants to apply their learnings on “Action Learning Projects” designed to solve your real business challenges.  Leadership Foundry Action Learning Projects have several important features that can help to not only grow your leaders, but transform your organization:

  • Participants are put into groups of 4-5 and are tasked with applying their learnings to an Action Learning Project that is tailored to meet your organization’s unique needs, challenges or goals (Ex: How can we apply the concepts of psychological safety, candor and high-functioning teams to create a culture of innovation in our business?)
  • All Action Learning Projects are customized to meet YOUR organization’s unique business needs through a series of needs-analysis conversations with the Leadership Foundry Team.  We will work with you to not only scope the projects but also to determine the right number Action Learning Projects to assign.
  • Participants are provided guidance, tools and resources throughout the process to assist them with any of the following: proper scoping of the project, effectively gathering necessary information inside and outside of your organization, creating clear actionable recommendations and effectively communicating the story to an executive audience
  • This is not “one size fits all.”  We will work with you to determine the right size and of the projects.  These projects can range from “mini-projects” completed over several days to projects that cover several months (allowing for more thorough research and recommendations)
